Tattoo Maven is fully licensed by the Suffolk County Department of Health Services and follows all health and safety standards pertaining to Article 14 of the Suffolk County Sanitary Code.
All of our artists hold a current certification in blood-borne pathogen handling. They are trained to properly clean and dispose of hazardous materials. They are taught how infectious diseases spread and also learn how to protect themselves against the health hazards from exposure to blood and other potentially infectious materials.
As body modification specialists, artists will also be wearing full PPE gear, masks, gloves, and aprons. You can make certain, all of our employees will be taking the utmost precautions to keep you safe.
